Vinyasa yoga with Anna

Anna's yoga classes are open to all levels from complete beginners to advanced. 

 

Join Anna on the mat to experience a dynamic sequence of postures lead by conscious breath. Focusing on the breath together with movement creates a strong mind-body connection, anchoring us into the here and now and generating a sense of balance and resilience within. What we learn on the mat can then be carried forth into our everyday lives.
