Anna teaches Vinyasa flow yoga, a contemporary style of yoga which links breath with a sequence of postures to achieve an active meditative state. Vinyasa is popular for greatly increasing physical strength, tone and flexibility. Anna teaches for all levels - beginners are very welcome!
